Over the past weekend Passion Java spent almost 1.4 million rands at a bar called Brooklyn in Pretoria. The night out was in celebration of Boss Lashaan’s birthday, who’s been a long-time confidant of Passion Java and the manager of his record company. Among other things the million rand bar tab included:
100 bottles of Ace of Spades
50 bottles of Veuve Rich
20 bottles of Dom Perignon
3 bottles of Glenfiddich 23 years
The bar tab instantly caused a stir across social media and it was reportedly shared on one of Nigeria’s biggest blogs. This came after Master KG had reposted the receipt with the comment, “My millionaire friend Passion Java I hear this is your bill why didn’t you invite me?” Most of the champagne on the night poured about on people and sprayed in the air.
