When it comes to talent people always focus on the youths since they are seen as the ‘future’ but it does mean it’s limited to them. It is incredible to see how people express their literature abilities. What stunned me was an article on the South Africa’s youngest author. Yeah, you must thinking that the author is probably a teenager. Wrong!! The South Africa’s youngest author is a young seven years old Michelle Nkamankeng from Johannesburg.

The young creative wrote a book titled ‘Waiting for the Waves’ which landed her as the youngest published author on the continent. This is a testimony of self- confidence and believing in your dreams which is an encouragement for many people out there is no barrier as long you have a dream and passion you can make it. Michelle Nkamankeng book ‘Waiting for the waves’ highlights the contradictions of emotions: ultimately, by freeing yourself from fear, you give yourself permission to truly experience the beauty of nature according to Amazon.

Michelle is not only ending here, this book is the first part of the four series. The next book in the series The Little Girl Who Believes in Herself, is about her progression from her fear of the waves to her gaining confidence in herself as a little girl growing up and the third one is called The Little Mouse. It is about finding herself in a world where there are many challenges that she can’t understand. It’s more of a progress of how she sees life from her eyes.

Seven year old Michelle Nkamankeng has established herself in the global literary world by being one of the world’s top 10 youngest writers. This is incredible and a great motivation to many people to embrace their talent.
