Let’s be honest, it’s one thing to deal with verbal abuse from people who are within your vicinity but it’s a different ball game when people abuse you virtually and trigger the wounds you have. Cyberbullying is very real. Anyone can be a victim of cyberbullying, including children, who innocently make wrong friends online and even celebrities, who normally gain more followers on social media platforms.

To begin with, we all want to be seen in a good light and we will do everything in our power to never be seen in a bad light.

Social Inclusion is our most important need. We are hard-wired to belong.
