Internationally celebrated Zambian born and leader of the Imperial City Church, Prophet Isaiah Brian Sovi has come out blazing guns against the trending #JuliusMalemaChallenge, describing it as a satanic invocation of dead spirits to interfere with the affairs of the living.

Prophet Isaiah Brian Sovi who caught the public spotlight by correctly prophesying the election of Pastor Nelson Chamisa as new MDC leader after Tsvangirai’s demise in February posted on his ever-engaging facebook page claiming that taking part in the challenge is tantamount to ancestral worship.

He wrote:

‘The #JuliusMalemaChallenge “Mama give us a signal” is invoking or praying to the spirit of a dead person. It’s called ancestral worship or divination.’

The young, trendiest and wealth prophet went further to list three verses from the Bible to cement his assertion that the challenge is indeed a diabolic trap that Christians should desist from, of course after he congratulated everyone taking part in it that they on level one of divination.

‘Congratulations you’re now a level one diviner.
What does God say about it?
•Isaiah 8:1
“When the people [instead of trusting God] say to you, “Consult the mediums [who try to talk to the dead] and the soothsayers who chirp and whisper and mutter,” should not a people consult their God? Should they consult the dead on behalf of the living?”
•Deuteronomy‬ ‭18:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬
“There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.”
•LEVITICUS‬ ‭19:31‬ ‭AMP‬‬
‭‭‬ “‘Do not turn to mediums [who pretend to consult the dead] or to spiritists [who have spirits of divination]; do not seek them out to be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God.”

The #JuliusMalemaChallenge was initiated after the President of the Economic Freedom Front (EFF) Julius Sello Malema made a historic speech at the late revolutionary Winnie Mandela‘s funeral imploring the dead Winnie to give him a signal on how to deal with her enemies and detractors.  Since then interwebs are still abuzz with various users from across the world using the hashtag to air out what they want.
