Annatoria walked away with the Best Female Award at the recently held Premier Gospel Awards in the UK. The talented vocalist was also nominated for best video and best song for “Stay with me” which won Song of the Year at the Step FWD Awards. She expressed extreme gratitude to her fans on her latest honour.
Launched in 2016, the Premier Gospel Awards event showcases the range of genres that make up gospel music and features performances by leading artists. Past performers have included Guvna B, Anita Wilson, Faith Child, CalledOut Music, Becca Folkes and Samm Henshaw. Winners for these hotly-contested categories are chosen by a panel of industry experts. The Best Newcomer and Best International Act winners are chosen by Premier Gospel listeners through a public vote.
Annatoria who was the youngest winner ever of The Voice UK, has been steadily progressing into the mainstream with the release of several singles over the past year and a half. She was collaborated with Ishan on arguably the 2022 song of the year in “Lola” and her single “Stay with me” was not only a hit in the UK but it received high praise locally. The singer is still yet to release a full length project.
