The Nitefreak founded Afro house music event, Hinde, is gearing up for it’s 4th edition, which is set to grace both Harare and Bulawayo. This will be the event’s debut in Harare, having been hosted only in Bulawayo, since it was founded in 2021.
Saturday, the 9th of November, will see Nitefreak leading a lineup of DJs that includes Ryan Synth, Samuel Cosmic, Bam Bam Madame, Jay and House Warming at Queen Of Hearts in Harare.
Sunday, the 10th of November, Ryan Synth and Samuel Cosmic will once again be alongside Nitefreak, with Asante Mo, DJ Jewz, and Slim T completing the lineup for the Bulawayo leg of the event at Mystique Gardens Fourwinds.
Early bird tickets are currently on sale for the Harare event, from Queen Of Hearts, Basket Sentiments & Trendy Lofi (49 Cork Road, Avondale), and 4 Seasons Pharmacy (93 Fife Avenue). The tickets are priced at $10 and they’re rapidly running out. At the gate, tickets will be $20, with backstage passes going for $30.
Hinde’s Bulawayo edition will have similar prices at the gate but with the Golden Circle going for $50. The event is set to be hosted at Mystique Gardens Fourwinds and cooler boxes will have a corkage fee of $10. Tickets are currently on sale from Whitchem Pharmacy, Stars 29, Videozy and Twitters Cafe.
Named on EDM.com’s Class of 2024 listing and 1001Tracklist’s The Future Of Dance 2023, marking as one of the 10 talents shaping the future of electronic music, Nitefreak is bringing a truly fresh and unique approach to Afro house. The DJ is at the forefront of the Afro-progressive house movement.
Hinde earn’s it’s name from Nitefreak’s 2021 collaboration with Idd Aziz by the the same name. It was started by the DJ as a way to not only bring house music to people but to bridge the gap in income due to a lack of sufficient bookings.
