This August, Tytan comes back again with another brand new single “The Way I do”. Produced by Jusa Dementor, the 3:36 minutes song features Takura and Madam Boss acting as a psychotherapist in the song’s video. Backing Tytan is the voice of an upcoming artist, Melyssa. Those who have not been following Tytan’s love life lately will be surprised to know that the video that was directed by Qaya Roots Pictures Africa was marshaled by Olinda Chapel-Nkomo.

In an email explaining the latest single, Skhokho referred to his personal love life that took social media by storm in the past.

“This song depicts the emotions that were and are experienced in relationships of passion, which is something anyone who’s been in a relationship can relate to. You will enjoy the lyrical content and we’re certain everyone will relate,” Tytan said.

For those who have not been following, Tytan early this year reunited with the UK-based socialite Olinda. There is so much love between the two to the extent that Tytan received a BMW car as this year’s birthday gift from his wife. At one point rumors had it that Olinda wanted a second wedding with Tytan.

Surprisingly, August marks two years after the scandalous divorce between Tytan and Olinda hit the social media streets. The reasons behind the divorce were not clear, but there were accusations and counter-accusations that even attracted Zimbabwean tabloids. Tytan accused Olinda of being abusive and the socialite’s counter-accusations were that the Mukoko hitmaker was an adulterer with no source of income. None of the two gave enough evidence for their claims.

Back to the song, Tytan praised the backing singer Melyssa and said the musician has amazing vocals which made the track what it was meant to be.

Tytan said, “As usual, when I need a fix, I have Jusa Dementor to sort me out as one person who knows my sound and what I need whenever I need it. I just want people to enjoy this song at wedding par-es and everywhere else!”

Skhokho also expressed his excitement in collaborating with Takura after seven years.

“This has been a very exciting venture and I must say I feel like Lazarus after such a long sabbatical seeking new inspiration and motivation,” he said.
