Masvingo’s Rap champion Jungle Loco nèè Jungle Kid has released his third solo studio album dubbed Bata MaStreets from The First Book Of Loco.
In a statement, Jungle Loco said;
“The project was largely inspired by the observations, encounters, experiences at large that have moulded his socio-political and socio-economical views from early childhood up to this day”.
The unequalled wordsmith added that the 19-track project aimed at instilling and equipping the listener with what he prefers to term ‘Street-Smartness’ as he defines the body of work as an urban street survival-skills manual. Jungle Loco also refers to the project as a unique blend of entertainment and education.
On the project, Jungle Loco works with Masvingo-based producers. The likes of Jonn The Producer, Pepzee, Cyber 101, Lyre, Looda Beats, D’ Varren and Cyp from Rusape. The feature list is also laden with very much promising Masvingo based artists such as Kriss Newtone, Shian, D-Varren, Baba Rah, Axe Poz, Yeang Lee, Bongzee, Woodburn, R. Peels, Tha Dawg and McPotar.
