The Australia based Zimbabwean artist Kylie “KYE” Chirunga is nominated for this year’s Apra Music Awards. KYE is up for the Most Performed RnB/Soul Work, for her single Tuesday featuring Jerome Farah. The track was just her third single as KYE!

TUESDAY! The song that started it all. It’s not often a group of artists who’ve never met get thrown into a session and there’s an instant magic. That day with 18 Year Old Man, Jerome Farah and Yaob is still one of my favourite. Big shoutout to Weez Affinity for putting this one together and for believing in it enough to see it through. And for believing in me. This nomination means so much more than being acknowledged by the industry, it feels like a really beautiful way to honour this chapter in my life and career. Truly grateful – KYE via Instagram
