Audio: Informal Sector Discuss on the Demolition of Vending Sites By Local Authorities

Secretary-General of the Zimbabwe Chamber of Informal Economy Associations (ZCIEA) says the demolitions by local authorities are further worsening the lives of the people already challenged by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The government and local authorities took advantage of the current lockdown to destroy vending sites; which they deem illegal. The power holders promise to get new sites for the local economy.
