The National Arts Council of Zimbabwe (NACZ) recently announced that it will be hosting the 23rd edition of the National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA) in early 2025.
This coming edition is set to be the last managed by the Jacaranda Culture and Media Corporation, and the NACZ will be looking for a new event organiser to take on the organising of the award show for the next 5 years. The 2025 edition of the NAMAs will also feature a new look as several categories have been renamed and a few new ones introduced.
The award show is now accepting submissions of works created between 1 December 2023 and 30 November 2024. Submissions are set to close on November 30.
