TV and film producer Monalisa Chisango’s star is one that continues to rise each and every year. The founder and CEO of Monzyice Creations has earned yet another award in recognition of her work in TV production.
Chisango walked away with the Best Non-Scripted TV Series Award from the recently held National Film and TV Awards South Africa (NFTASA), a prestigious annual event celebrating the best in South African film, television, and digital content. The honour was in recognition of Young, Famous & African (Season 3), a Netflix show produced by Chisango that follows selected African celebrities as they go through life.
The award winning and highly acclaimed producer is widely known for her exceptional work across television and film. She has contributed to major productions such as SA’s Got Talent, The Real Housewives of Durban, The Cook Along, and The Ultimatum South Africa, with her projects streaming globally on platforms like Netflix and available on some networks in the United States.
As the founder and CEO of Monzyice Creations, she leads a creative collective focused on authentic African storytelling across various media formats, including branded videos, documentaries, and short films.
