John 11:5 declares,
” Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus. When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.”
The Bible in the above passages, refers to a time when Jesus learns of the sickness of his dear friend Lazarus. Verse 5 and 6 then set in a bit of confusion. The Word professes that Jesus loved Martha, her sister and Lazarus, and therefore he stayed in the same place for two days after he learnt that Lazarus was sick. To put it simply, He loved them so much that he abode in the same place where he was for 2 days after learning of the sickness of his friend.
Beloved, it is time you rise above the victim-mentality; God is fighting for you. Whatever you may be facing today, it is all part of a bigger plan. The glory of God will be seen in your testimony.
And therefore I pray for you this morning, may you be empowered with the knowledge that God is fighting for you!!!
He keeps on doing great things!
