Tinashe Sibanda well known as “T-collar” continues to make waves in the United States with his dope song writing and producing technics. The rising 23-year-old music producer has been nominated for A Grammy in the Best Compilation Soundtrack for the Visual Media catergory. This is not a shock looking at his preceding works with long list of top big names such as 1da (producer for the hiphop sensation Drake), Osinachi, Tunji Balogun, Dani Ivory and Charlie Wilson.
The Harare born producer in now based in Los Angeles started to write when he was 13. The hard work is now paying off, his co-produced track Know Better with JMike has landed in the Best Compilation Soundtrack category. This is awesome and such a honour. Know Better track featured in the movie Suicide Squad and has been nominated along with Amy (various artistes), Miles Ahead (Miles Davies& various artistes), Straight Outta Compton (various artistes) and Vinyl: The Essentials 1 (various artists).
Tinashe Sibanda attracted everyone’s attention with his production on Rita Ora and Chris Brown’s duet “Body on me”. For sure he is blossoming, the Grammy nomination with nurture him and grow him as a producer. Congratulations to T- collar and all the best man.
