By now I’m sure you’ve come to listen and dance to Amapiano or even have had just a sample of it. Amapiano is a genre which mushroomed from South Africa and it has now taken over the airwaves. If you love genre then I suggest you add this new one to your weekend playlist.
The collaboration between Kreative Nativez and Tega has been on-going for some time. They started by working on remixes and bootlegs together before birthing the KELUG EP.
The ‘Krazy Enough to Let You Go’ ie. KELUG EP, came to mind when Tega and Kreative Nativez decided to do something original. The project idea came from Rage when he heard the instrumental for Krazy that was sent to him by Tega. Rage shared with Tega if it could be a storytelling Tape.
The phenomenal songwriter, Rage told his heartbreaking story on the tape. The EP opens with Krazy which speaks about when Rage wanted to get the girl and build a relationship. Enough is when he found out that the girl cheated. He was so heartbroken and got fed up with her and expressed this in Let You Go when he had decided to let her be and for them to go separate ways.
The must-hear collaboration combines sounds of Amapiano, Afrobeat and R&B and was all produced by Tega and Kreative Nativez. The songs were written and performed by Rage.
If ever there was music born of love and from the love of Music, this is such as an EP.
