Before we begin let’s talk about some of Somizi’s achievements which include :
Choreographing various award shows and events including Miss South Africa, Metro FM Music Awards, South African Music Awards, and the Channel O Music Video Awards. He also danced and was a choreographer for the gospel choir Joyous Celebration.
Somizi is much more than a Controversial Celebrity. It is very easy to pay attention to the bad and throw away the good someone has.

A lot of people struggle with handling the truth of their reality so in order for them to cope they pull everyone down so they are put in a higher position. Like many other legends, Somizi has had his fair share of drama including being accused of physically abusing his former partner Mohale Motaung. That could have destroyed him well it probably did but his ability to build himself up after all the darkness dawned on him.

To be extremely successful one has to be of service to their audience. Somizi is part of the LGBTQA+ community and has been a very strong advocate for the movement.
This is important in our day and age because individualism is underdone and a lot of people shy from being who they really are and this forces many people to live a lie because they fear being judged, criticized, cast out, and feeling alone. When people see someone being authentic it’s motivating and hopeful. While on the other hand many others are triggered for many reasons including the fact they were deprived of that freedom and envy individuals who have the power.

You are what you attract and it is important to spend time with people you aspire to be like. In Somizis instance he looked up to his parents who were both in industry and that gave him a template as to how to get there, what to do, and what not to do.
