#Enthuse celebrates make-up and hairstylist, Jackie Mgido. Many people may know her as the face of Vault Cosmetics, Jackie Manyauta Mgido is changing the face the face of Africa. She is based in the United States of America. The Zimbabwe-born make-up guru is the founder of and owner of Vault Cosmetics and Vault Academy Makeup School in Harare.
The internationally acclaimed make-up artist and hairstylist have worked with Hollywood celebrities. This range of experience adds on to her master’s degree in beauty and special effects. The 44 year old have worked with the likes of Ne-yo, Denzel Washington, John Legend, and Randy Jackson.
Currently, Jackie had make-up competition auditions on the 25th of March. The competition main aim is to equip upcoming make-up artists with everything needed for a successful business. In addition, she is not only making a name for herself, but also helping others achieve their dreams.
The Vault founder, Jackie Mgido has garnered many achievements. Along with experience of working with celebrities, she featured in an edition of Forbes Woman Africa and BBC World news. Mgido also won the 2015 edition of the African Women Awards. Definitely, she is breaking glass ceiling as businesswoman.
