VI The Law has just dropped his new album, “Handle With Care,” and it’s now available on all streaming platforms. This release marks a significant moment for the Zimbabwean artist, as it dives into themes of post-breakup clarity, emotional vulnerability, and the pressures we all face.
Inspired by warning labels found on packages, VI uses this concept to highlight how people carry their own emotional baggage that often goes overlooked. Drawing from his experiences with a tough breakup, he reflects on the complexities of love and healing.
He shares, “I’ve always felt that we, as people, are like boxes with warning signs. We carry so much within us, yet society rarely takes the time to truly listen or understand.”
It’s a candid look at self-discovery and the messiness of life.
The album was produced at his studio, NRVNA LABS, in Harare, featuring a blend of Zimbabwean influences, electronic beats, and introspective lyrics. Each track offers a glimpse into his emotional journey.
“Handle With Care” is out now across platforms.
