The Oliver Mtukudzi International Festival Of The Arts returns for second edition

The Oliver Mtukudzi International Festival of the Arts is set to return for it’s second edition from 19 – 20 September, 2025. Pakare Paye Arts Centre will once again host the celebration of not only one of Zimbabwe’s greatest musicians but Zimbabwean music as a whole.

Running under the theme “Todii x Senzeni x What Shall We Do?” the festival will feature 15+ acts that include some of the biggest names on the Zimbabwean music scene.

The lineup will include Jah Prayzah, Feli Nandi, Saintfloew, Agga Nyabinde, Tamy Moyo, Jah Signal, Samasamba, Mandava, Munya Nyamarebvu, Prestige The Band, Terry Mbofana, Mokoomba, Hwamanda and Vee Mpofu.

The festival will this year have a kids edition on Saturday morning, from 9 am to 1 pm, sand this will be priced at $3 for the kids and $5 for adults.

Advance tickets for the main festival are going for $10 for a day pass and $50 for VIP

2025 marks 6 years since the passing of Oliver Mtukudzi, yet the impact of his legacy continues to be felt. Already immortalised by his music, from a career spanning 4 decades, OMIFA serves as an extension of this.
