The inaugural 263 Culture Festival brings together local and international music stars

Saturday the 28th of October, Harare is going to be host to the latest addition to the Zimbabwean festival calendar. The 263 Culture Festival, a one-day music festival launching with an aim of becoming one of the best music festivals in Southern Africa, with a lineup of top local and international artists.

The festival is being organized by 263Culture, a local company that seeks to promote music and culture in Zimbabwe. 263Cultures says the goal of the festival is to celebrate the rich and diverse culture of Zimbabwe, and to showcase the country’s talent to the world.

The festival’s first edition is set to be at Belgravia Sports Club and the lineup for the festival includes some of the biggest names in Zimbabwean and South African music. The 263 Culture Festival is going to be headlined by Jah Prayzah, DJ Tamuka, DJ King Her, and Enzo Ishall alongside SA Hip Hop & Amapiano international stars Emtee, Nadia Nakai, Moozlie, Lady Du, Blaq Diamond, Kamo Mphela, Sha Sha and Aymos.

According to organisers, in addition to the music the festival will also feature a variety of other activities, such as traditional food stalls, and dance performances. They also say it’s going to be a family friendly event.

Early bird tickets are currently going for $25 each, with VIP tickets going for $150. Tickets are available from selected Booties Pharmacies, Club Danger, or Liquor Supplies Avondale.
