Dr. Chaii is a Grammy-nominated USbased Zimbabwean record producer, songwriter and
singer. Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, Chaii started making beats at the age of 13. He went on to pursue higher learning while making music as a hobby.
With an undergraduate degree and masters degree in Advanced Marketing
Management to boot; Dr. Chaii relocated to Los Angeles and was signed to
Artist Publishing Group in August 2016.
Since then he is credited for producing and co-writing for notable global
artists like Jason Derulo, Sean Paul, Pitbull, Chris Brown, Dua Lipa and Trey Songz.
Known for catchy club bangers that often fall under the Afrobeats Chaii’s sound presents itself as a representation of what music looks and feels like from the African continent.
His notable work has made it onto the renowned FIFA soundtrack.
