While Zimbabweans’ stance on Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries leader Prophet Walter Magaya could be uncertain given fresh rape allegations that were raised last week by his ex-congregants, a man in Zambia is all smiles as he claims that God has worked through the prophet to spiritually engineer his promotion.
Joseph Ngoma who has since been confirmed as Chief Superintendent revealed this development on Yadah TV— a PHD church-run gospel channel, saying he has worked for about 11 years with no promotion.
Chief Superintendent Ngoma testified that he had worked as a Police Officer for years but was experiencing stagnation in his life and career.
“He was in the same position for 11 years despite that all his workmates were promoted yet they had gone to University together. Even those that had graduated after him got promoted. Mr Ngoma was running a transport business quite well but had nothing to show for it,” a Yadah Television voice-over artiste narrated.
The narrator added that Ngoma first visited the Harare-based church in May 2018 and sought prayers from Prophet Magaya.
“He then ensured that he took a photo of himself and his uniform as he believed that it was going to be the last time he would ever wear it. During the visitors’ service, he was laid hands upon by the anointed servant of God Prophet W. Magaya and that sealed it after Prophet W. Magaya declared to him that it was done,” the narrator added.
Mr Ngoma went to explain that recently, he was officially informed that he had been promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendent.
