Zimbabwean award winning comedian and America’s Got Talent finalist, Learnmore Jonasi, has announced the ‘Deported Back To Africa’ tour. Set to visit 5 cities across Zimbabwe and South Africa, the tour will kick off in early August.
Announcing the tour on social media, the comedian made reference to the ongoing immigration raids that were initiated by Donald Trump.
“I have some sad news, unfortunately ICE got me and I have to go back home,” wrote the comedian on Instagram.
In South Africa, the tour is set to have stops in Johannesburg and Cape Town, while in Zimbabwe it will have stops in Harare, Bulawayo and Victoria Falls.
Tickets for the South African leg of the tour are now on sale via Learnmore Jonasi’s website, with tickets for the Zimbabwe portion set to be online soon.
