Jaysome Marikano Tackles a Post-Apocalytic WORLD in Up-coming Play

HARARE – Zimbabwean actor and filmmaker Joseph ‘Jaysome’ Marikano, debuts his play titled, Caged this September at the Jasen Mphepho Little Theatre. Caged is a one-man written and performed play by Jaysome that was inspired during the lockdown period of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Centred on a post-apocalyptic village called WORLD that was destroyed by a series of pandemics and inhumanity; the show is on from the 1- 3rd of September.
Jaysome’s previous work includes cameos in the drama series Chisara and voice work in the animation film Nzara-Hunger. Tickets to the Caged play are $10 each. You can check out the poster below.
