Zimbabwe’s music giants, Jah Prayzah and Winky D, are set to share the stage in an epic New Year’s Eve concert organised by Chipaz Promotions. Dubbed “One Big Party,” the concert will be hosted at the Hockey Stadium at the National Sports Stadium.
Jah Prayzah and Winky D have long been considered the kings of Zimbabwean music. The two artists have fan bases that often lock heads about who rules the roost, but New Year’s Eve will see them come together as one in shared revelry. “One Big Party” is set to be one of the biggest concerts of the year.
Earlier this year Winky D held his “Tête Á Tête” concert that drew a sold out crowd at Alex Sports Club and Jah Prayzah recently shutdown his Ndini Mukudzeyi World Tour to an equally attended concert at HICC. The combined draw of the artists, particularly on New Year’s Eve, is set to shift the entertainment seen.
The duo has shared the stage before several times, with Gateway Stream’s 2024 Redefined concert being most recent.
Early bird tickets for the “One Big Party” concert are set to go on sale soon, with General Access going for $20, VIP $40 and VVIP $200.
