Born Jermain Ndhlovu, September 15, 1986, Sonny is a Zimbabwean entertainer with 12 years working on Radio Production both locally and internationally. While taking a break from causing massive crowds the need to simultaneously fist bump as an EDM DJ, Sonny has shared his opinion for 8 years for Zimbabwean Publications and beyond. An unapologetic College drop-out Sonny jokes about never setting foot in class because he was too busy DJing!
Fast forward to now after working with organizations such as British Council, International Rescue Committee, MS ActionAid and UNFPA, Sonny chose to become a Medium/Mystic registered with the Traditional Medicines Practice Council (TMPC) under the Government of Zimbabwe as well as the International Traditional Healers Association (ITHA).
I am a non-religious traditionalist who believes in ancestors, astrology, astronomy and art…I am a non-religious traditionalist. I am not a bone thrower. I am not a herbalist. I am not a faith healer. Heck, I’m not even a traditional healer! No, I won’t ask you to take off your shoes. I’m not going to ask you to bring me a goat or chicken bits. I’m not going to sneeze or spit on you. I’m not going to go into a trance and dance for you. I most certainly am not going to give you medicine or “medicine” of any nature or whatsoever! I don’t have a crystal ball or cards. I am a dude who “happens” to know what to say.
