It’s the third year that Genius “Ginimbi” Kadungure has been gone, and DJ Rimo who was one of his closest friends is remembering him through music. “Panobaya Moyo“, where the heart aches, is heartfelt collaboration that brings together the vocalists Mr Brown and Miss Daisy, with Rimo on the production.
It’s a mid-tempo Amapiano song, that has soulful vocals which make it easy on the ear. Panobaya Moyo is an expression of grief in song. This is especially captured in the lyrics that make part of the bridge.

Production on the track is kept simple and not overdone allowing room for the vocals to do the work. The composition and vocals, tied together with the sentiment behind them, makes for a beautiful yet sad song. In an interview with H-Metro Rimo expressed that it was very emotional creating the track.
This song was extremely emotional to produce, dedicated to Ginimbi. He is gone but he will never be forgotten.
Panobaya Moyo was released with visuals directed by Chris Shoca. The video features various clips of Ginimbi at better times while he was alive.
The socialite passed in a car accident on 8 November 2020, alongside three others: Limumba Karim, Alicia Adams, and Michelle “Moana” Amuli.
