#DailyDevotion: Identifying The Enemies Speech

313 0

John 11:37 reads,

“And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died?”

There is a peculiar tendency about the enemy in his speech. Like in the case of Peter, “get thee behind me Satan,” the enemy usually speaks through vessels causing many to lack the discernment to identify him.

Many times as believers, those around you will celebrate you and follow you, but the moment there is something out of place in your life, they will begin to question your very salvation…Those that will say if He was truly a Christian, how come his company went under? What happened to his fleet of cars? If he is truly a Pastor, how come his kids are juveniles…

I remember when the Devil appeared to Jesus on the mountain and began to question his divinity, and this morning I’ve come to announce that whoever stood to question your position in Christ because of a temporary setback is about to see you restored to your former glory. Lazarus was a close friend of Jesus and yet was dead. Your marriage, that company that was dead, your job or your health is being restored in this season!

He keeps on doing great things!
