The Bible declares in Proverbs 20:5,
“Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, but a man of understanding will draw it out.”
Deuteronomy 29:29 reads,
“The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.”
The council and wisdom of man are hidden deep within the heart of the man. The Bible tells us out of the abundance of a man’s heart, so she’ll his words come forth…This stands to reason that the moment we begin to engage a man in conversation and befriend him, we begin to draw out the mysteries and secrets of said man.
Having been created in the image of God, God is much alike. There are secrets in God that are meant to be drawn out. Beloved, the man that excels in prayer is not the man able to ensure monologue in the presence of God for hours at a time: It is the man with the ability to create a dialogue with God. Those that hear His voice, draw out mysteries and receive answers to their prayers.
It is, therefore, my prayer for you today, that as you befriend God, you would begin to draw out hidden mysteries that will take you to your next level.
