A Zimbabwean software start-up, Arries Dev has come up with an app for finding showering partners called well…SHOWER. The App can be likened to a Tinder for showering, where you swipe the screen looking for a shower partner. If another person also likes you and would like to shower with you then it’s a match. You can then chat, meet up and shower!
The founder of Arries Dev Tinashe Leo, says the App will be revolutionary in adult social interactions;
“the SHOWER app is just one of those things whose time has come. What we are saying is instead of a date, if you prefer having a shower then the SHOWER app is for you”
Of course, the app is likely to court some controversy, when asked about this Tinashe responded;
“it’s 2019, adults should be allowed to pretty much do what they want – the SHOWER App is just facilitating and making easier what’s already happening”
The Shower App will let the users choose their potential shower partners’ sex, age and location.
”we found dating apps don’t have to be from outside the continent. Africans are embracing internet dating and making friends online. The SHOWER app is just the evolution of these apps, the only difference is it’s home-grown” Tinashe said.
The SHOWER APP will be available on the Play Store and App Store April 08 2019.
