Look Out for Fake Tickets Warn #CastleLagerNationalBraaiDay Hosts

The Braai stands are ready, the heat is definitely on with just a matter of days to go it’ll be time for the Caste Lager National Braai Day on the  28th of October at Old Hararian’s Sports Club, Harare.

Last year definitely came together with a Castle with over 10,000 lovers of things who consumed well over 12,000kgs of meat; the equivalent was then donated to Mpilo Hospital in Bulawayo as well as Harare Hospital.

After a month-long campaign of voting via WA and other platforms, the Castle Lagerians so proclaimed the 28th of October as Zimbabwe’s National Braai Day. A day of live music, seasoned meat and cold brew.

While LIVE at a Press Briefing on Friday afternoon at the national brewing giant Delta Beverages, we were uber psyched to learn this year that Castle Lager plans on breaking another record with a 150M Bar, we were not so pleased when Marketing Manager Patricia Murambinda confirmed our worst fears.

“The tickets were supposed to go live on Tuesday but due to concerns of fake tickets circulating we’ve had to delay the pre-sales”

We tried to keep our cool as Castle assured us everything was under control.

“We are taking the current tickets down and replacing them with some with more security features…the tickets will be ready this week.” – Patriciah Murambinda

Well that’s  relief…

Last year’s afternoon experience was peak good music, a nice complimentary litre of freezing draft beer and a yummy 6 pack made for a good time. With tickets at $5 this year’s #CastleLagerNationalBraaiDay, check out our Twitter Page this week for how you can get yours.

As a side note, we’ll be giving some away too so stay in touch here!
