So one our people (Zimbabwean) got to style Anne Kansiime and Yvonne Chaka Chaka over the weekend. UK based designer, Fikile Mqhele Dube got to style these African superstars with her accessories and damn did they look good. Anne and Yvonne were perfoming at AfrikaFest UK 2016 at the Copperbox Arena in London.
Through South Of Africa Lifestyle, Fikile produces African inspired fashion accessories that are affordable and also extremely stylish which can suit any modern African. On her website southofafricalifestyle.bigcartel.com , MaDube tries to market designs from rising African designers with competitive prices. Fikile reckons that if the designers submit their designs they will gain international exposure and hopefully a reliable income. So there you go guys, an opportunity to make it to the big time.
