earGround Ditches the Mainstream with Amplifayah

HARARE- Zimbabwean digital platform earGROUND has always prided itself on keeping its ear on the ground for upcoming local new talent. They take it up a notch with an upcoming festival titled Amplifayah dedicated to lesser-known young Zimbabwean Music Artists.

According to their website, earGROUND partners with GATEWAY STREAM MUSIC to host what’s been termed a youth-friendly event on the 3rd of September 2022 in Harare.

The event is dedicated to promoting new voices, creative diversity and creating a safe space for young consumers of entertainment.

earGROUND UPDATE

The project is under the Amplifaya Creative Entrepreneurship Program (ACEP); a program the earGround team has tailored for training and support to young practising artists. The Festival will include a workshop on artist management, mental health issues, substance abuse, digital innovation and how to become a better live performer.

The Festival announced its line-up and it’s looking pretty faya! The line-up of artists includes DenimWoods, Boi Shona, Suhn, MJ Sings, Leo Magozz, Mystery, Madeherbelieve, Moosafa King, Monzon, Shian, Murphy Cubic, Dancehall Keddah, Solution GC, Dough Major, Lloyd Soul, Kyla Blac, Shaku Chanté, Ace Frvr, Alvin The New Guy, Andrea The Vocalist, Dingo, Kim Makumbe, Noluntu j, Benard Betera, Tanto Wavie, Dj Krimz, Terry Gee, Chipo Muchegwa, Yenge family, Ma9ine, Feli Nandi, Takura, Ti Gonzi, Blot, Dobba Don, Dj King Her, Nyasha David, Ishan, Malish.
